To: Explorer RV Insurance Agency I had to drop you a note and tell you how much I appreciate all your help and advice. Insurance is something I don't pay that much attention to and I know I should. I am so glad that several friends referred me to you. I am so grateful you explained the CSL to me. Much better coverage than I had before. I had no idea it existed. Plus the windshield glass coverage is wonderful. Especially for a motorhome. Then, add in the diminishing deductibles. WOW. I have much better coverage than I had before and the premium is less. Your knowledge of the industry as it pertains to RVs is amazing. I wish I had found you 10 years ago!! Now if the coverage and price wasn't enough, I really appreciate your attention to customer service. I can't tell you how nice it is to get a real person answering the telephone when I call.
